چکیده
Modern cellular systems have adopted dense frequency reuse to address the growing amount of mobile data traffic. The system capacity is improved accordingly; however, this at cost augmented Inter-Cell Interference (ICI). Recently, Fractional Frequency Reuse (FFR) has emerged as an efficient ICI management scheme in Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access (OFDMA)-based systems. However, FFR that leads optimized spectrum allocation for individual users irregular geometry networks not considered literature. Meanwhile, practical wireless scenario, are non-cooperative and want maximize their demands. A game-theoretic Auction Mechanism-based Sectored-FFR (AMS-FFR) proposed paper optimally distribute bandwidth resources realistic multicellular network deployment. In auction mechanism, Base Station (BS) acts auctioneer owner sub-carriers. permitted bid a bundle sub-carriers corresponding traffic requirements. Monte Carlo simulation results show presented AMS-FFR outperforms prevailing schemes terms achievable throughput by 65% 46% compared basic FFFR dynamic FFR-3 schemes, respectively. Moreover, average sum rate along with user satisfaction significantly increased while considering full load.

Stochastic Geometry Based Framework for Coverage and Rate in Heterogeneous Networks with Sectored Fractional Frequency Reuse
Modern day cellular networks are driven by the need to provide ubiquitous connectivity with very high spectral efficiency to both indoor and outdoor users, hence the need to deploy small cells over conventional macrocells in a Heterogeneous Network (Hetnet) deployment. To alleviate the resulting inter-cell and cross-tier interference, effective intercell interference coordination (ICIC) schemes...

متن کاملA Novel Frequency Planning for Femtocells in OFDMA-Based Cellular Networks Using Fractional Frequency Reuse
Femtocells are expected to be one of the emerging technologies for next generation communication systems. For successful deployment of femtocells in the pre-existing macrocell networks, there are some challenges such as the cell planning for interference management, handoff, and power control. In this paper, we focus on frequency planning which can provide interference avoidance for the co-exis...
متن کاملAnalytical Evaluation of Fractional Frequency Reuse for Heterogeneous Cellular Networks
Interference management techniques are critical to the performance of heterogeneous cellular networks, which will have dense and overlapping coverage areas, and experience high levels of interference. Fractional frequency reuse (FFR) is an attractive interference management technique due to its low complexity and overhead, and significant coverage improvement for low-percentile (cell-edge) user...
